UK iTunes prices to come down

Pricing of tracks on iTunes is to be standardised throughout Europe within the next six months, Apple has announced.
In addition, record labels in the UK that don’t comply with Apple’s demand to lower prices face being thrown out of the iTunes store.

Britain’s favourite websites announced

The BBC and Amazon have won have won three awards each in the first BT Online Excellence Awards, which were annouced today.

The BBC won Best Cookery Website, Best Kids Website and Best News Website, ahead of other nominated news sites Sky.com and Guardian.co.uk.

Ferrari set Jerez pace with F2008

Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa kicked off Ferrari’s preparations for the 2008 season in style by dominating the first day of testing at Jerez.Both men were driving Ferrari’s new F2008 car, unveiled last week in Maranello. (more…)
